Monday Night Information Session

After Monday night, I feel like I have a better grasp on what to expect in the Education program. Listening to Jennifer talk, I kept thinking to myself, "I've heard of that before." I was unable to recall any details and sometimes even what it was; she cleared up a lot of questions. By laying out a timeline, I feel more scheduled and comfortable with where I'm headed at Luther.

Chalk and Wire is an interesting "project" for us future teachers. I love that it's online. Not only does that make it more Earth friendly, but uploading documents and typing our personal statements seems so much quicker! I look forward to developing my portfolio in my education courses over the years. The introductory portfolio will be very helpful in getting me ready for the advanced and professional portfolio.


Overall, I felt that Monday night was very informative. It made me all the more excited for my upcoming years here at Luther and my future as a teacher.
